📦 Returns & Exchanges – Cybercafé® Skateshop

We want you to be stoked with what you buy. If you’re not 100% satisfied, here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges — updated in accordance with European and UK online shopping laws.


🇪🇺 EU & 🇬🇧 UK Customers – Right to Return

If you’re in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the legal right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To start your return, contact us at info@cybercafeskateshop.com within 14 days of delivery. We'll guide you through the process.

Conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition, packaging & tags.

  • After notifying us, you must ship the goods back within 14 days from the date you received your order.

  • Return shipping costs and any other fee involved are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.


💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed within up to 10 business days.

🚨 If your original order qualified for free shipping, we will deduct the actual shipping cost we covered from your refund. This is because shipping is a non-refundable service provided by a third party — and although it was free to you at checkout, it was a real cost to us. This helps us keep our pricing fair and sustainable for all customers.


🔁 Exchanges

Need a different size or want to swap something?

You can request an exchange within the 14-day window. You’ll need to cover the return shipping.


🌐 Orders Outside the EU & UK (USA, Japan, Rest of World)

  • Non-returnable & non-refundable: Orders shipped outside the European Union and United Kingdom cannot be returned or refunded, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

  • Exchanges welcome: If you need a different size or style, we’re happy to arrange an exchange—provided you cover all shipping costs, taxes and fees. (return + replacement). Please email info@cybercafeskateshop.com to set it up.


📝 Overall Instructions

  • Skateboard decks may only be exchanged if there is a manufacturer defect, subject to evaluation by the brand by our staff.

  • Cybercafé Skateshop is not responsible for any damage or defect caused by use.

  • Special releases with unique packaging and materials are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

  • Misuse of products, including improper washing, cleaning, or care, voids eligibility for return or exchange.

  • Always follow the care instructions provided on the garment label or packaging to maintain the item’s condition.


🚫 Exceptions

Please note that certain items are exempt from the right of withdrawal, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.

  • Sealed goods that were opened after delivery and cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons.

  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
