Trying out the Nike SB Dunk Low Pro OG "Futura" with Marcelo Fidélis.

“Who is Marcelo Fidélis?”

Marcelo Fidélis de Campos was born on July 22, 1989, in Barbacena, a picturesque city in Minas Gerais, Brasil, surrounded by natural beauty. His connection with skateboarding began at the age of five. By the age of ten, he started skating more and learning by watching videos due to the small scene of skaters in his neighbourhood. In the world of skateboarding, he admires skaters like Rodrigo TX, Tiago Lemos, and Mark Gonzales.
In 2010, Marcelo became a professional cook. This profession took him across Europe, living in Belgium, France, Spain, and now in Lisbon, Portugal.
Marcelo is also a self-taught artist with a passion for painting and he further honed his skills by studying ceramics for three years at Arco School in Lisbon. His artistic inspiration is deeply rooted in indigenous and African cultures, also inspired by his artist friends.
Marcelo’s artistic pursuits are diverse he explores various techniques daily, including painting, drawing, graffiti, wood and clay sculpture, embroidery and filming. His multifaceted approach to art reflects his dynamic personality and creative spirit.

The Nike SB Dunk Low Pro OG "Futura Laboratories" has a strong connection to both street art and skateboarding, so we immediately thought of Fidélis to try it out, and also for a opportunity do displays and share his artwork. Fidélis is a big fan of Futura 2000 and was thrilled to do it. Despite his busy schedule balancing work, parenting, and his artist passions, Fidélis found some time to go out and skate with us to celebrate the release of the new SB.
