REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF THE FAULT IS ON THE PART OF CYBERCAFÉ SKATESHOP
RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Customers can return products if defects or nonconformities with the manufacture of the product are found. To initiate the return, the customer must present the purchase receipt and return the product to Cybercafé Skateshop. Prior notice is required. The company will analyze the returned product within 15 days of its arrival at the store and inform the customer of their right to a refund, if applicable. If the defect is confirmed as the reason for the return, Cybercafé Skateshop will arrange for the return and issue the exchange or full refund.
EXCHANGE FOR OTHER PRODUCTS
Customers may exchange a product for another item of equal or greater value. If the value of the new item is lower, the difference will be issued as store credit. Please note that items from the "DEALS" section are not eligible for exchange.
Skateboard decks may only be exchanged if there is a factory defect, subject to the manufacturer's analysis. Cybercafé Skateshop is not responsible for any damage or defects caused to the product after use. Cybercafé Skateshop is not liable for any misuse of its products, including improper washing or care. Customers should always follow the washing instructions contained on the inside label of the garment or product packaging.
